Amanda is the Principal Coach and Director at Global Talent Coaching and loves working in areas of performance, culture and wellbeing. With fifteen years experience working in culture change, performance improvement and L&D consulting roles Amanda brings with her not just excellence in coaching but a deep understanding of the threads and influences which connect people within organisations and the knowledge of how to draw together these threads for coherent, practical and sustainable transformation.
With this systemic approach in mind, Amanda supports teams and individuals to develop the awareness, understanding and skills to grow and experience great performance whilst sustaining change in a healthy manner enabling people to excel under pressure. Using emotional, social and Relationship Systems Intelligence® she facilitates people to leverage their relationships for improved business outcomes, and particularly enjoys teasing out the dynamics of the system and bringing the values of humanity and humour into the workplace.
Amanda has a degree in Psychology and first trained as a coach in 2002 using this in her work as a consultant and with private clients. After a career break to have her family she refreshed her coach training in 2012 with The Coaches Training Institute, and is now a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an associate member of the International Coaching Federation as well as being an alumni of The Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global) having completed their core curriculum in 2015.
